Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effect of LigaJect metric periodontal membrane injection and STA painless anesthesia on pulpitis periodontal ligament anesthesia. Methods: 90 cases of pulpitis were selected and randomly divided into LigaJect metric periodontal ligament injection group (A group) and STA painless anesthesia group (B group). Periodic membrane anesthesia was performed with Articaine epinephrine injection in both groups. LigaJect metric periodontal ligament syringe was used in group A, and STA oral painless anesthesia was used in group B. Application 0.3mm diameter needle, multiple teeth in the near buccal and distal cheeks two injection, a single tooth in the buccal midpoint injection. Observe analgesic effect and success rate of anesthesia in both groups. Results: At the time of injection, the painless rate in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.01), the rate of mild pain was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.01) Lower than that in group B (P <0.05), mild pain in group B (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of injection and in the treatment of moderate, severe pain (P> 0.05). A group of 40 cases of successful anesthesia, accounting for 88.9%; B group of 42 cases, accounting for 93.3%; two groups of anesthesia success rate, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: LigaJect metric periodontal membrane injection of periodontal ligament in patients with pulpitis is equivalent to painless anesthesia with STA, but it is less painless than STAs in patient comfort.
