煤矿瓦斯事故是影响煤矿安全生产的最大威胁,对瓦斯聚集区进行探测和抽放,以及对煤岩层进行冲击地压释放,需要安全、高效的钻探设备。本文介绍了CMS1-500/25Q煤矿用深孔钻车的任务来源、结构原理、功能用途、切削性能研究、工业性试验等情况。该新型钻车采用全气动驱动设计,履带自行走,改善当前手持式防突钻机钻深浅、效率低的缺点,钻深可达到150米,弥补国内无气动防突钻车的空白。
Coal mine gas accident is the biggest threat to coal mine safety production. Exploration and drainage of gas gathering area and rock burst release of coal rock require safe and efficient drilling equipment. This paper introduces the mission source, structure principle, functional use, cutting performance and industrial test of CMS1-500 / 25Q coal mine deep hole drilling vehicle. The new drilling rig adopts all-pneumatic drive design and tracks to walk on its own to improve the current shallow penetration and handiness of hand-held burster. The drilling depth can reach 150 meters, which can make up for the gap of domestic non-pneumatic bumping.
