标榜“文化优势”是很多企业在宣传公司实力时经常会做的事情。然而事实是,很多企业也深陷文化建设误区而并不具备实际的文化竞争优势。从企业文化与企业经营是否脱节,企业文化的战略匹配和内部契合以及“共赢文化”思维几个角度可以检验企业是否已陷入文化建设误区以及构筑真正的企业文化竞争优势。
Advertised “cultural advantage ” is often done by many companies in the promotion of the company’s strength. However, the fact is that many enterprises are also deeply involved in the cultural misunderstanding and do not have the actual cultural competitive advantage.
