为了明确辣椒疫霉菌对苯基酰胺类杀菌剂甲霜灵的敏感性和该药剂与其他杀菌剂的交互抗性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了河北省不同地区的64个辣椒疫霉菌菌株对甲霜灵的敏感性。同时还测定了11个相对敏感和3个相对抗性菌株对双炔酰菌胺、烯酰吗啉、嘧菌酯和霜脲氰的敏感性。结果表明:甲霜灵对辣椒疫霉菌具有明显的抑制作用,EC50值为0.1661~27.5572mg/L,最高与最低相差165.91倍。从不同地区采集的辣椒疫霉菌株对甲霜灵的敏感性存在着很大差异。甲霜灵与上述不同作用机制杀菌剂之间的相关系数很低,不存在交互抗性。
In order to clarify the sensitivity of Phytophthora capsici to the phenylamide fungicide metalaxyl and the interaction of the agent with other fungicides, 64 mycelium strains of Phytophthora capsici in different areas of Hebei Province were determined by mycelial growth rate Metalaxyl sensitivity. The sensitivity of 11 relatively sensitive and 3 relatively resistant strains to mandipropamid, dimethomorph, azoxystrobin and cymoxanil was also determined. The sensitivity of metaphosphates to Phytophthora capsici collected from different regions varies greatly. Metalaxyl and the above-mentioned different mechanisms of action of the low correlation coefficient between fungicides, there is no cross-resistance.
