目的:探讨全身炎症反应综合征一般治疗时核因子-kB活化及IL-6合成的情况及黄芩甙对他们的影响。方法:用中性粒细胞核因子-kB活性测定法、血清免疫因子IL-6放射免疫浓度测定法测定30例全身炎症反应综合征一般治疗组、30例全身炎症反应综合征加用黄芩甙组及30例正常人组中性粒细胞核因子-kB活性、血清免疫因子IL-6放射免疫浓度。结果全身炎症反应综合征一般治疗时核因子-kB活化及IL-6合成增加。黄芩甙可抑制他们的变化。结论:黄芩甙是治疗全身炎症反应综合征的有效药物。
Objective: To investigate the activation of NF-κB and the synthesis of IL-6 in general treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and the effect of baicalin on them. Methods: Thirty patients with general inflammatory response syndrome were treated with neutrophil nuclear factor-kappaB activity assay and serum immunization factor IL-6 radioimmunoassay. Thirty patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome plus baicalin and The activity of neutrophil nuclear factor-kB and the level of IL-6 in serum of 30 normal subjects were measured. Results In general treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome, nuclear factor-kB activation and IL-6 synthesis increased. Baicalin can inhibit their changes. Conclusion: Baicalin is an effective drug for the treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
