目的:建立三丫苦药材铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)5种重金属残留的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法:样品经过微波消解程序进行高压湿法消化后,分别以锗(72Ge)、铟(115In)、铋(209Bi)为内标,采用ICP-MS同时测定样品中Cu、Pb、Hg、As、Cd的含量。结果:对国家一级标准物质柑橘叶的分析结果与所给的标准值吻合,对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数在0.9996~0.9999范围之内,线性关系良好,方法的平均回收率为93.4%~96.6%,RSD为4.6%~9.4%。结论:本方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,适用于三丫苦药材中5种重金属残留量的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of five heavy metals such as Cu, Pb, Hg, As and Cd in three medicinal plants. Methods: Samples were subjected to high pressure wet digestion with microwave digestion procedure. The contents of Cu, Pb, Hg, As, Pb, Hg and As were determined by ICP-MS with germanium (72Ge), indium (115In) and bismuth (209Bi) Cd content. Results: The results of the analysis of citrus leaves at the national standard were in good agreement with the standard values. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves were within the range of 0.9996 ~ 0.9999 for the elements tested, and the average recovery was 93.4 % ~ 96.6%, RSD 4.6% ~ 9.4%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of five kinds of heavy metal residues in San Ya bitter herbs.
