目的:研究杜仲化学成分。方法:将杜仲树皮粉碎后,用95%乙醇提取,取其乙酸乙酯部位采用Silica gel、Sephadex LH-20和ODS C18色谱等色谱方法进行分离,并采用波谱学方法鉴定化学物结构。结果:从乙酸乙酯部位分离得到8个化学成分,分别鉴定为:环橄榄树脂素(1)、(7R,8S,8’R)-4,9,4’,8’-四羟基-3,3’-二甲氧基-7,9’-单环氧木脂素(2)、erythro-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether(3)、松脂素(4)、8-羟基松脂素(5)、C-veratroylglycol(6)、β-羟基-3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酮(7)、3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamaladehyde(8)。结论:其中,化合物5~8为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1~5为木脂素类化合物,化合物6~8为苯丙素类化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Eucommia ulmoides. Methods: The bark of Eucommia ulmoides subtilis was crushed and extracted with 95% ethanol. The ethyl acetate fraction was separated by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS C18 chromatography, and the chemical structure was identified by spectroscopy. Results: Eight chemical constituents were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction and identified as follows: cycloaliphatic resin (1), (7R, 8S, 8’R) -4,9,4 ’, 8’-tetrahydroxy- , Erythro-guaiacyl-glycerol-beta-coniferyl aldehyde ether (3), phorbol ester (4), 8-hydroxyprolol (5) C-veratroylglycol (6), β-hydroxy-3-methoxy-4-hydroxyacetophenone (7), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamaladehyde (8) Conclusion: Among them, compounds 5 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 5 were lignans and compounds 6 ~ 8 were phenylpropanoids.
