面积型缺陷与超声声束相互作用时,由于其取向的不同,会使检测结果产生变化,从而影响超声检测的检出能力,即检测可靠性。本文针对相控阵超声检测,选取厚度55mm碳钢试块中高度为1mm~10mm的底面开口槽为研究对象,设置缺陷高度为变量,缺陷偏角在90°±9°范围内变化,计算了缺陷的检出率,实验结果和模拟结果符合较好。
Area-type defects and ultrasonic beam interaction, due to its different orientation, the test results will change, thus affecting the detection of ultrasonic detection ability, that is, testing reliability. In this paper, for the phased array ultrasonic testing, the bottom slot with the height of 1mm ~ 10mm in the 55mm thick carbon steel test block was chosen as the research object. The defect height was set as the variable and the deflection angle was changed within 90 ° ± 9 °. The detection rate of defects, the experimental results and the simulation results are in good agreement.
