目的:检测日立7170A全自动生化分析仪反应槽温度准确性及波动。方法:用精度为0.001℃的Fluke点温计测定反应槽水浴温度,共测10min,每隔18s记录一次温度,计算所有次温度值的平均值和最大值与最小值之差。平均值(T)为温度准确性;最大值与最小值之差(△T)为温度波动。结果:T=36.960℃;△T=0.064。结论:所检测的日立7170A全自动生化分析仪反应槽温度准确性及波动符合国家标准。 Objective: To test the accuracy and fluctuation of the temperature of the reaction tank of Hitachi 7170A automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods: Fluke thermometer was used to measure the temperature of the reaction bath with a fluke of 0.001 ℃. The temperature of the reaction bath was measured for 10min. The temperature was recorded every 18s. The average and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value were calculated. The average (T) is the temperature accuracy; the difference between the maximum and minimum (ΔT) is the temperature fluctuation. Results: T = 36.960 ° C; ΔT = 0.064. Conclusion: The accuracy and fluctuation of the temperature of the reaction tank detected by Hitachi 7170A automatic biochemical analyzer meet the national standards.
