At the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party,the clarion call for a lofty goal,repeated in the subsequent Third Plenum,is as powerful and historic as its predecessor 35 years ago that created the "China miracle" and the unthinkable quantum leap in a partnership with Washington.The questions now are:How will such "synchronic progress"be sustained?
