对现阶段我国电力市场中自动发电控制 (AGC)机组调配问题进行了研究。结合辽宁省电力市场的运行情况 ,给出了相应的数学模型 ,并对该模型中的两个基本要素 AGC容量和所需调节速率的确定问题进行了剖析 ,明确了直接利用计划数据无法准确求得上述两个量的结论。指出考察历史数据来获取系统中所需 AGC调节容量和速率是一个有效的途径。实际系统的算例表明 ,文中提出的思路与做法是正确和可行的
The allocation of automatic generation control (AGC) unit in China’s power market is studied at this stage. According to the operation of Liaoning electric power market, the corresponding mathematical model is given, and the determination of the two basic elements AGC capacity and the required adjustment rate in the model is analyzed. It is clear that the direct use of planning data can not be accurate The conclusion of the above two quantities. It is an effective way to investigate the historical data to get the required AGC capacity and rate in the system. The actual system example shows that the ideas and practices proposed in this paper are correct and feasible
