目的 :观察强生液延缓衰老的作用。方法 :以强生液 3.3,6 .6 g·kg-1连续灌胃各组大鼠 2 1d后 ,用光化学扩增法和硫代巴比妥酸法 (TBA)分别测定红细胞超氧化歧化酶 (SOD)活性和肝、血浆过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量 ,用荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜流动性。此处 ,还观察了强生液对小鼠耐缺氧、耐疲劳及耐高温的影响。结果 :强生液6 .6g·kg-1可提高高龄大鼠红细胞SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显降低血浆及肝脏LPO含量 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,两个剂量组均可提高红细胞膜流动性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并可延长小鼠耐缺氧、耐疲劳及耐高温存活时间。结论 :强生液有良好的抗氧化作用 ,提示其有一定的抗疲劳、延缓衰老功效。
Objective : To observe the effect of strong fluid on anti-aging. METHODS: Rats in each group were continuously intragastricly administered with strong liquid 3.3, 6.6 g · kg-1 for 21 days. The erythrocyte superoxide dismutase was measured by photochemical amplification method and thiobarbituric acid method (TBA). SOD activity and liver and plasma lipid peroxidation (LPO) content were determined by fluorescence polarization method. Here, we also observed the effects of strong fluids on hypoxia tolerance, fatigue resistance, and high temperature resistance in mice. RESULTS: Strong fluid 6.6g·kg-1 could increase SOD activity of erythrocytes in aged rats (P < 0.05), and significantly decreased plasma and hepatic LPO contents (P <0. 05, P <0. 01). Both dose groups improved red blood cell membrane fluidity (P < 0.05) and prolonged mice’s tolerance to hypoxia, fatigue and high temperature survival. Conclusion: The strong fluid has good antioxidant effect, suggesting that it has certain anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects.
