本文为机车牵引电动机抱轴瓦推荐了评定抱轴负荷度的方法以及预测于临界润滑工况下抱轴瓦工作能力的方法。这种方法的计算结果与试验结果极为吻合。通过该方法可以科学地、有根据地确定抱轴瓦的检修周期及其备件用量。
In this paper, a method of evaluating the load-bearing capacity of axle-holding axle and the method of predicting the working ability of axle-holding bush under the condition of critical lubrication are recommended. The calculation results of this method are in good agreement with the experimental results. Through this method, it is possible to determine the overhaul period of the axle bearing and its spare parts quantity scientifically and firmly.
