以7.87μmol·L(-1)超氧化物歧化酶模型化合物(SODMC)浸种72h,并于低温胁迫前24h喷洒幼苗1次,能有效地提高水稻幼苗对5±1℃低温的抵抗力,促进低温胁迫后在25/18℃(昼/夜)下的恢复生长。经处理的幼苗存活率提高21.6%;幼苗高度、根长和根数均高于对照。SODMC还能有效地减轻低温胁迫对细胞膜系统的损伤,降低相对电导率;维持体内较高的SOD和CAT,较低的POX活性。SODMC还具有一定的保绿作用。
Soaking seedlings with 7.87μmol·L -1 superoxide dismutase model compound (SODMC) for 72h and spraying seedlings once every 24 hours before cold stress could effectively increase the resistance of rice seedlings to 5 ± 1 ℃, Promote the recovery of growth at 25/18 ℃ (day / night) after low temperature stress. The survival rate of treated seedlings increased by 21.6%; seedling height, root length and root number were higher than the control. SODMC also can effectively reduce the damage of cell membrane system under low temperature stress, reduce the relative conductivity; maintain high SOD and CAT in body, lower POX activity. SODMC also has some green role.
