采用慢应变速率实验研究了钛合金TA7在醇类溶液等介质中的应力腐蚀敏感性.结果表明:钛合金TA7在醇类溶液中有明显的应力腐蚀敏感性;在含有Cl-离子的醇类溶液中有强烈的应力腐蚀敏感性;钛合金的应力腐蚀开裂通常源自点蚀孔底部.
The slow strain rate experiment was conducted to study the stress corrosion susceptibility of titanium alloy TA7 in alcoholic solution. The results show that the titanium alloy TA7 has obvious stress corrosion sensitivity in alcoholic solution. In the presence of Cl- There is a strong sensitivity to stress corrosion in solution; stress corrosion cracking of titanium alloys usually results from the bottom of the pitting hole.
