绩效考评是人力资源管理的核心内容,现在许多高校都在积极的进行着考评指标体系的设计,以期通过科学的指标体系管理提高教师的积极性,促进学院的办学质量和学院综合竞争力的全面提升。文章通过对苏州工业职业技术学院教师考评体系现状分析提出新的绩效考评体系考核标准和计算方法同时阐述了新体系在运行中的成效。
Performance appraisal is the core content of human resource management. Nowadays, many colleges and universities are actively carrying on the evaluation of the design of index system in order to improve the enthusiasm of teachers through the scientific index system management and promote the overall quality of school running and comprehensive competitiveness of the college . Through the analysis of the current situation of teacher evaluation system in Suzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College, the article puts forward the evaluation criteria and calculation methods of new performance evaluation system and expounds the effectiveness of the new system in operation at the same time.
