大型机床承载力要求高,对进给系统提出了较高要求。采用双轴输出进给系统可有效减少输出轴的承载力。本文从理论上分析了双轴输出进给系统在实际应用中的问题,对核心装置进给机构的传动方案、机构自由度进行了研究,在此基础上完成了进给机构的机械设计,分析了其工作原理,论证了双轴输出进给系统方案的可行性。结果表明双轴输出进给系统机械结构创新合理,为提高大型机床进给系统的设计水平具有较大意义。
Large capacity requirements of high capacity machine, the feed system put forward higher requirements. The use of dual-axis output feed system can effectively reduce the bearing capacity of the output shaft. In this paper, the problems of practical application of biaxial output feeding system are analyzed theoretically, the transmission scheme and mechanism freedom degree of the feeding mechanism of the core device are studied, and the mechanical design and analysis of the feeding mechanism are completed Its working principle demonstrates the feasibility of dual-axis output feed system. The results show that the mechanical structure of the two-axis output feeding system is innovative and reasonable, which is of great significance to improve the design level of the large-scale machine tool feed system.
