利用SSR标记研究了25个玉米自交系的遗传变异,初步进行了杂种优势群划分。从100对SSR引物中筛选出80对扩增产物具有稳定多态性的引物,80对引物在供试材料中共检测出361个等位基因变异,平均每对引物检测到等位基因数位4.513个,变化范围在2~8个,多态性信息含量变化范围为0.298~0.827,平均多态性信息量为0.615。25个自交系之间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.554~0.939。UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,供试自交系可分为4大类群(6个亚群),分类结果与系谱基本一致。
The genetic variation of 25 maize inbred lines was studied by SSR markers, and the heterosis grouping was preliminarily studied. Eighty-five pairs of SSR primers were screened out from 100 SSR primers, of which 80 pairs of primers detected 361 alleles in the tested materials. The average number of alleles detected per primer pair was 4.513 , Ranging from 2 to 8, the content of polymorphism information varied from 0.298 to 0.827, and the average amount of polymorphic information was 0.615. The genetic similarity coefficient between the two inbred lines ranged from 0.554 to 0.939. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the inbred lines could be divided into four groups (six subgroups), and the classification results were basically the same as the pedigree.
