在地下矿山生产过程中,为实现矿石的装载及提升,各矿山企业均需要在井下布置粗破设备对矿石进行破碎作业。在传统选型方案中,一般采用重型板式给料机+颚式破碎机或旋回破碎机的方式。但随着矿山企业生产规模的不断扩大,采矿场出矿块度的不断提高,矿山行业对矿石粗破设备的破碎能力及产能要求越来越高。同时伴随粗破设备规格等级的提高,配套破碎硐室的掘砌方量也成比例地扩大,进而造成地下矿山粗破系统硐室的施工难度与系统整体投资规模大幅提高。针对这种趋势,笔者通过优化设备配置来降低设备规格的等级,对降低工程投入,提高矿山效益具有十分重要的意义。

In response to this trend, the author through the optimization of equipment configuration to reduce the level of equipment specifications, to reduce project investment, improve mine efficiency is of great significance.
