为了研究葛花总黄酮最佳工艺,试验采用酶解辅助超声的方法提取葛花总黄酮,确定最佳的提取工艺条件。结果表明:酶解时间为5 h,酶解温度为55℃,酶浓度为1.2%,料液比为1∶30时,葛花总黄酮的提取效果最好。以葛花总黄酮提取液吸光度值为考查标准,得出吸光度值为0.043 6。说明优选的提取工艺简单可行,速度快,可为葛花人参解酒颗粒剂的制备奠定基础。
In order to study the best technology of Pueraria lobata total flavonoids, Pueraria lobata extract was extracted by enzymatic assisted ultrasound to determine the best extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimum extraction time was 5h, enzymolysis temperature 55 ℃, enzyme concentration 1.2% and the ratio of material to liquid 1:30. Taking the absorbance value of the Pueraria lobata total flavonoid extract as a criterion, the absorbance value was 0.043 6. This shows that the optimal extraction process is simple and feasible and fast, which can lay the foundation for the preparation of Gehua ginseng capsule.
