o2bw(39)、o2w(45)、o2w(49)、o2w(51)和o2w(53)等玉米整粒重极显著增加;o2hw(27)、o2w(45)、o2w(49)、o2w(51)和o2w(53)等玉米胚重极显著增加;o2hw(27)、o2bw(39)、o2w(49)和o2w(53)等玉米整粒含油率显著或极显著增加;o2w(49)和o2w(53)玉米胚含油率显著或极显著增加;o2hw(27)、o2bw(39)和o2w(53)等玉米非胚部含油率显著或极显著增加。
All kinds of implicit homozygous maize, such as micro-endosperm, were selected as experimental materials, and the opaque-2 gene was introduced into various implicit homozygous maize by hybridization method. o2 after the early generation o2 recessive homozygous grain weight and oil content changes. The results showed that wholegrain weight, embryo and non-embryo weight, whole grain oil content, and embryo and non-embryo oil content all occurred in the earlier hybrids of various recessive homozygous maize varieties such as micro-endosperm after the introduction of opaque-2 Increase or decrease in two directions of variation, with different types of corn and different parts of the grain varies. The grain weight and oil content of o2 micro-endosperm maize (o2we) after the introduction of o2 significantly decreased, indicating that the o2 gene had a very significant reduction effect on the grain weight and oil content of the selected micro-endosperm maize. o2ww (45), o2w (49), o2w (49), o2w (51) and o2w (53) 51) and o2w (53) increased significantly or significantly. The oil content of o2hw (27), o2bw (39), o2w (49) and o2w (53) And o2w (53) significantly increased the oil content of maize embryos. The oil content of non-embryos of maize such as o2hw (27), o2bw (39) and o2w (53) increased significantly or very significantly. The results showed that the introduction of o2 on these types of corn grain weight and oil content has a significant improvement effect, through the selection of the expected access to good lines.
