本文介绍测量铸铁件某些参数并由此作出质量评价的超声技术。就连续铸造而言,超声C扫描技术已用于揭示毛坯的树枝状结构。对于控制连续铸造过程中的凝固过程,这是一种很有意义的方法。
This article describes some of the parameters measured by cast iron and the resulting quality assessment of ultrasound technology. For continuous casting, ultrasonic C-scanning techniques have been used to reveal the dendritic structure of the blanks. This is a very meaningful way to control the solidification process in continuous casting.
