介绍了一种新型主动式自动平衡装置,其平衡头采用中空的环形结构,校正质量由可控步进电机经齿盘驱动,步进电机能源由自发电式持续电源供电,控制系统采用微机化红外线遥控工作方式.在此基础上,建立了非线性双盘转子动力学模型,并以此为基础研究了具有强非线性油膜力转子系统的自动平衡方法,提出了无需系统辨识的自动平衡单纯形寻优控制策略.通过理论分析和计算机仿真研究,证明了自动平衡单纯形寻优控制策略对非线性转子系统平衡特别适用,且具有较高的平衡效率和精度.
A new type of active automatic balancing device is introduced. The balance head adopts a hollow ring structure, the quality of correction is controlled by a stepping motor driven by a stepping motor. The stepping motor power is supplied by a self-powered continuous power supply. The control system adopts a microcomputer Infrared remote control work. On this basis, a nonlinear two-disc rotor dynamics model is established and based on which a self-balancing method with a strong nonlinear oil film force rotor system is developed. An automatic balanced simplex optimization control strategy without system identification is proposed . Through theoretical analysis and computer simulation, it is proved that the automatic balancing simplex optimization control strategy is especially suitable for the balance of nonlinear rotor system, and has a higher balance efficiency and precision.
