Field desorption mass spectrometry (abbreviated as FDMS) is a new technology developed in the past ten years. Because it can determine some polar compounds that are difficult to obtain molecular ion peaks by electron bombardment mass spectrometry, it has received particular attention. We used the MAT-711 mass spectrometer to successfully analyze compounds such as glycosides and sulfonates using the FDMS method, and measured the components of the glycocalyx mixture. 1. Determination of glycosides: samples of adenosine, quercetin, ginsenoside Rg_1, and β-methyl digoxin were taken at optimal anode temperature conditions. Recordings, both
