运用项目全寿命周期的理念,将咨询企业的知识管理划分为三个阶段:准备阶段运用CBR进行知识库匹配及选择知识管理模式;实施阶段运用集成化思想构建知识管理动态信息系统;结束阶段进行知识库的建立与更新。通过对造价咨询企业知识管理的运用分析,以期提高造价咨询企业核心竞争力。
