针对并行工程的需求,基于广义特征和STEP标准建立了零件信息模型,并在Pro/Engineer软件二次开发的基础上,实现了一个基于特征的CAD系统,该系统可实现自动特征识别。基于所建立的零件信息模型,系统可自动生成STEP文件,为设计的后续过程提供丰富的零件信息,便于实现CAD与后续过程的集成和并行。利用建立的零件信息模型,实现了CAD/CAPP/DFM的信息集成。
According to the requirements of parallel engineering, a part information model is established based on generalized features and STEP standards. Based on the secondary development of Pro / Engineer software, a feature-based CAD system is realized, which can realize automatic feature recognition. Based on the established part information model, the system can automatically generate STEP files, provide rich parts information for the subsequent design process, and facilitate the integration and parallelism of CAD and subsequent processes. Using the established part information model, the CAD / CAPP / DFM information integration is realized.
