针对生物制气技术在冶金炉窑上的工业应用现状,在一套500 kg气化装置系统和模拟炉窑上进行实验,将木质类和草本类原料以固体颗粒、固体粉粒的方式分别送入气化装置系统,两种原料均可制气,能源热值在12 540 kJ/kg以上,生物质热能转换率达90%以上,并将此成果应用于冶金工业炉窑,取得良好的应用效果,为生物制气技术的大型化发展提供了宝贵经验。
