建筑企业在资金的管理方面须开展全过程控制。而且,全过程控制的实施主体,应是建筑企业的财务管理部门。应建立项目小组制的整体资金管控机制;全过程的资金管控机制;资金使用效益的评价机制;与企业各职能部门的信息沟通机制。
Construction enterprises in the management of funds to carry out the whole process of control. Moreover, the main body of the implementation of the whole process control should be the financial management department of a construction enterprise. The overall fund management and control mechanism of the project team should be established; the fund management and control mechanism of the whole process; the evaluation mechanism of the efficiency of using funds; and the communication mechanism with the various functional departments of the enterprise.
