黑色食品样品置于聚四氟乙烯罐中,加入硝酸及过氧化氢后在微波消解仪中按设定程序加热消解。所得样品溶液定容至25 m L,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定其中钙、镁、锌、铁、铜、锰、钼、钴、钒、锶、硒及硼12种元素的含量。12种元素的浓度在7 361.63~0.028 mg·kg-1范围内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(7 s)在0.008~0.56μg·L-1之间。方法应用于分析紫菜与按国标方法分析紫菜(GB/T 5009—2003)所得12元素的测定结果没有显著性差异。方法的回收率在82.7%~110.6%之间,RSD在0.26%~4.23%,小于5%。
Black food samples were placed in Teflon tank, after adding nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide in the microwave digestion device according to the set program heat digestion. The sample solution was fixed to a volume of 25 mL. The contents of 12 elements including calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, molybdenum, cobalt, vanadium, strontium, selenium and boron were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The concentrations of 12 elements in the range of 7 361.63 ~ 0.028 mg · kg-1 showed a linear relationship with the emission intensity. The detection limit (7 s) of the 12 elements ranged from 0.008 to 0.56 μg · L-1. There was no significant difference between the method applied to the analysis of seaweed and the determination of 12 elements obtained from the analysis of seaweed (GB / T 5009-2003) according to the national standard method. The recoveries of the method ranged from 82.7% to 110.6% with RSDs of 0.26% -4.23% and less than 5%.
