心内膜弹力纤维增生症(EFE)是心肌病的一种。通常在婴儿时期发病,而在新生儿期发病比较少见,罕有报道,且易被误诊。今收集我院1995～2001年新生儿心内膜弹力纤维增生症病例5例,其诊断标准符合。1.突发的心力衰竭;2.胸片示心脏扩大,以左室为主,心脏搏动减弱;3.EKG示左室肥厚或V_(5,6)导联T波倒置;4.超声心动图
Endocardial fibroelastosis (EFE) is a kind of cardiomyopathy. Often onset in infancy, and in the neonatal morbidity is relatively rare, rarely reported, and easily misdiagnosed.
