研究羟基喜树碱体外诱人胰腺癌细胞株SW-1990凋亡的作用。方法:以不同浓度的羟基喜树碱处理在体外培养的胰腺细胞,以电子显微镜、流式细胞仪和原位末端标记分析和检测细胞凋亡。结果:在0.05mg/ml浓度下,羟基喜树碱作用于体外培养的胰腺癌细胞20小时后,肿瘤细胞的凋亡率在13.2%-15.3%之间,主要以早、中期的表现为主:在0.lmg/ml浓度下,作用20小时后,凋亡率在26.l%-30.4%之间,凋亡形态学表现主要以晚期为主。结论:羟基喜树碱可作为细胞凋亡诱导剂用于胰腺癌治疗。
To study the effect of hydroxycamptothecin on pancreatic cancer cell line SW-1990 in vitro. Methods: Pancreatic cells cultured in vitro were treated with different concentrations of hydroxycamptothecin. Cell apoptosis was analyzed by electron microscopy, flow cytometry and in situ terminal labeling.
