目的:观察不同辐射时间的毫米波对兔眼角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:应用36.04GHz(波长8.3 mm)毫米波辐射兔眼,功率密度 64 mW/cm_2,按辐射时间分为6 h组、3 h组、1h组和每组辐射1h,连续6 d组;照后即刻、1d、7 d和 14d,用扫描电镜观察角膜内皮细胞的动态变化。结果:6h组内皮细胞损伤明显,呈不可逆性;3h组较明显,呈可逆性。结论:一定辐射时间的毫米波可使角膜内皮细胞发生不可逆性和可逆性的损伤。
Objective: To observe the effect of millimeter wave with different irradiation time on rabbit corneal endothelial cells. Methods: The rabbits eyes were irradiated with 36.04 GHz (wavelength 8.3 mm) millimeter wave and the power density was 64 mW / cm 2. The rabbits were divided into 6 h group, 3 h group, 1 h group and 1 h radiation group for 6 h Group. The changes of corneal endothelial cells were observed with scanning electron microscopy immediately after irradiation on the 1st, 7th and 14th day. Results: The injury of endothelial cells in 6h group was obvious and irreversible. In 3h group, the endothelial cells were obviously reversible. Conclusion: Certain millimeter waves of radiation time can cause irreversible and reversible damage to corneal endothelial cells.
