例一:一辆东风EQ140型汽车经二级保养后,驾驶员反映一会儿有制动,一会儿无制动。拆检制动总泵,车轮制动器都没有发现问题。检验员试车时发现贮气筒气压较低时无制动,气压高时轻踩制动踏板时也无制动,气压高时猛踩制动踏板才会产生紧急制动。有人怀疑是制动总泵平衡弹簧太硬,制动总泵起不到随动作用,换了几个制动总泵仍没有解决问题,有人担心是制动管道有些堵塞,经彻底疏通管道,故障依然存在。最后发现是制动气室进气管道接头内端太长,伸入其工作腔后,与气室膜片相抵,如图1中12所示位置,形成一个气体压气阀门。

Finally, it is found that the inner end of the brake gas inlet pipe joint is too long to extend into the working chamber, and then collides with the diaphragm of the gas chamber, as shown in Figure 1, 12 to form a gas pressure valve.
