不可分型流感嗜血杆菌(nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae,NTHi)是多种感染性疾病如急性中耳炎,鼻窦炎,结膜炎,慢性支气管炎的常见病原菌,近年来随着NTHi菌株耐药性的增强,NTHi感染已经成为全球一个较严重的健康问题,因此目前亟待研究一种安全有效的疫苗来预防NTHi的感染。多种NTHi的抗原被作为抗NTHi感染的候选疫苗来研究,该文主要针对近年来的一些研究热点如外膜蛋白P6/P5/P2/P26、Haps蛋白、HMW蛋白(high molecularweight protein,HMW protein)等进行综述,为后续疫苗的研制提供一些依据。
Non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae (NTHi) is a common pathogen of many infectious diseases such as acute otitis media, sinusitis, conjunctivitis and chronic bronchitis. In recent years, with the increase of drug resistance of NTHi strains, NTHi infection Has become a more serious global health problem, so there is an urgent need to study a safe and effective vaccine to prevent NTHi infection. A variety of NTHi antigens have been investigated as candidate vaccines against NTHi infection. In this paper, we focus on some recent research hot spots such as outer membrane proteins P6 / P5 / P2 / P26, Haps proteins, HMW proteins ) And so on for the follow-up vaccine to provide some basis for the development.
