目的:对苦木科臭椿属植物臭椿Ailanthus altissima(Mill.)Swingle花的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、凝胶和反相柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从臭椿花中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:短叶苏木酚(1)、短叶苏木酚酸(2)、短叶苏木酚酸甲酯(3)、鞣花酸(4)、diethyl-2,2’,3,3’,4,4’-hexahydroxybiphenyl-6,6’-dicarboxylate(5)、芦丁(6)、没食子酸(7)、没食子酸乙酯(8)。结论:化合物1~5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle from Ailanthus altissima. Methods: Macroporous resin, silica gel, gel and reversed-phase column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified from Ailanthus altissima: short-leaf hematoxylin (1), short-leaf thymol (2), short-leaf thymol methyl ester (3), ellagic acid (4) -2,2 ’, 3,3’, 4,4’-hexahydroxybiphenyl-6,6’-dicarboxylate (5), rutin (6), gallic acid (7) and ethyl gallate (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
