随着新媒体时代的来临,涉及国计民生的供电企业受到广泛关注,涉电舆情在网络平台容易发酵、扩大,一定程度上影响企业的生产经营和品牌形象。为此,本文从新媒体时代的舆论场生态特征着眼,探究供电舆情引导范式的转变和创新,以适应媒体格局的变化,构建供电企业与公众积极对话、理性博弈的良性互动机制,共同促进电力行业的健康有序发展。
