新一轮医院评审工作主要是对医院管理、组织、质量、安全等工作的全面审核评价,其内涵丰富,刚性要求高。我院在参与医院等级评审过程中,树立“以人为本,以病人为中心”的服务理念,围绕“质量、安全、服务、管理、绩效”主题,全员参与,经过三年的实践和持续改进,顺利通过医院等级评审,促使医院管理模式从粗放的行政化管理转向精细的信息化管理,效果显著。
The new round of hospital accreditation mainly focuses on the overall review and appraisal of hospital management, organization, quality and safety, with rich connotations and high rigid demands.
