几种分离方法对植物丝状寄生线虫分离效果的比较试验

本文对几种不同分离方法对植物丝状寄生线虫分离效果的比较试验结果表明:无论是植物根样或根际土样,浅盘法的分离效果均显著性地优于改良的贝尔曼(Baermann)漏斗法;糖水离心漂浮法对土样中植物丝状寄生线虫的分离效果均极显著性地优于浅盘法与改良的贝尔曼漏斗法. In this paper, comparative experiments on the isolation of plant filamentous parasitic nematodes by several different separation methods were carried out. The results showed that the separation efficiency of both plant root samples or rhizosphere samples was significantly better than that of the improved Baermann ) Funnel method; the centrifuge floatation method of sugar soil separation of plant filamentous parasitic nematodes were significantly better than the shallow plate method and the improved Berlemann funnel method.
