我们首先对指状铣刀进行了渗硫技术应用试验。用指状铣刀在3m滚齿机上加工40Cr四辊弯板机的内齿圈,粗铣时,原来的一把铣刀只能加工10个齿。为了提高刀具寿命,我们将指状铣刀进行了渗硫处理。处理后的铣刀每把可加工30个齿。刀具寿命提高了2倍。精铣时,原米每把铣刀只能加工15个齿,精加工一个齿圈要换刀6次。每次换刀由于齿形有变化很容易造成废品。用渗硫处理的铣刀每把可加工110个齿,刀具寿命提高6.4倍。由于避免了加工中换刀,大大提高了加工质量,而且还可提高生产效率50%(表1)。
First of all, we conducted the application of sulfur fingering technology to the finger milling cutter. With finger milling machine 3m hobbing machine 40Cr four-roll plate bending machine ring gear, rough milling, the original one can only process a cutter 10 teeth. In order to improve the tool life, we have the finger-milling cutter was sulfurized. The processed cutter can process 30 teeth per handle. Tool life increased by 2 times. Fine milling, the original meter can only be processed for each milling 15 teeth, finishing a gear ring to change the knife 6 times. Each tool change due to tooth profile can easily lead to waste. Milling with sulphurized steel can process up to 110 teeth per tool, increasing tool life by 6.4 times. By avoiding tool change during machining, the quality of the machining is greatly improved and the production efficiency can be increased by 50% (Table 1).
