川崎病(KD)最早是在1967年时由日本的川崎富作进行报道的,又被称为皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征,本病好发于5岁以下的儿童,其主要以持续的发热、眼结膜充血、皮疹、口腔黏膜炎以及不同程度的手足肿胀伴指尖脱屑为主要临床特征~([1])。相关文献报道其引起的心脏病已经超过了风湿性心脏病,目前已成为小儿后天性心脏病的主要死亡原因之一,且也是成为成年人动脉粥样硬化引起的缺血性心脏病的危险因素之一。
Kawasaki disease (KD) was first reported in 1967 by Kawasaki Fujii, Japan, also known as mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, the disease occurs in children under 5 years of age, mainly in the sustained fever, eye Conjunctival hyperemia, rash, oral mucositis and varying degrees of hand-foot swelling with fingertips scaling as the main clinical features ~ ([1]). Related literature reports that it has caused more heart disease than rheumatic heart disease, which has become one of the leading causes of death in children with acquired heart disease and is also a risk factor for ischemic heart disease in adults with atherosclerosis one.
