我厂冷带退火炉用退火罐是冷带退火的主要消耗件,年需560个,耗用钢材215t,加工费65.5万元(1987年价),成为冷带退火成本的重要部分。经统计分析,退火罐在使用中氧化变形占90%,是导致报废的主要原因。我们运用价值工程原理对普通退火罐和渗铝退火罐的功能、成本、价值等进行了全面分析对比,在功能相同的条件下,单个渗铝退火罐比普通罐成本提高29.3%,但使用寿命却提高了5倍,二者的价值系数之比为6:1,因而使用前者可大大降低退火成本。
