目的探讨可消除司帕沙星片抑菌活性的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用薄膜过滤法和硫酸锰中和法联合测定,根据供试品污染试验菌的回收率来选择适宜的检验方法。结果5种实验菌株回收率均大于70%,通过回收率测定确定了加入硫酸锰溶液的量。结论本法与普通的薄膜过滤法相比,更能消除司帕沙星片的抑菌活性,方法更可行、可靠。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the limit of microorganisms that can eliminate the antibacterial activity of sparfloxacin tablets. Methods The membrane filtration method and manganese sulfate neutralization method were combined to determine the appropriate test method according to the recovery rate of the test bacteria contaminated by the test substance. Results The recoveries of five kinds of experimental strains were more than 70%, and the amount of manganese sulfate solution was determined by recoveries. Conclusion This method can eliminate the antibacterial activity of sparfloxacin compared with the ordinary membrane filtration method. The method is more feasible and reliable.
