以计算流体力学软件(CFD)为辅助工具,设计开发一种新型环保小型水轮机,用以代替冷却塔中电动机,带动风机旋转制冷,达到节能的目的。重点对水轮机转轮尺寸、叶片数和喷嘴形状进行了优化研究,同时对优选方案的计算结果与实验结果进行了比较,二者基本吻合。表明了利用计算流体力学软件优化设计出的新型环保小水轮机具有良好的工作性能,运行稳定可靠,能够满足冷却塔中的工作要求,可以在有条件的地方推广应用。
In this paper, CFD is used as auxiliary tool to design and develop a new environmentally-friendly small-sized turbine to replace the motor in the cooling tower and drive the fan to rotate and refrigerate to save energy. The paper mainly focuses on the optimization of turbine runner size, number of blades and nozzle shape. At the same time, the calculation results and experimental results of the optimal scheme are compared, and the two are in good agreement. It shows that the new eco-friendly small turbine designed by CFD software has good working performance, stable and reliable operation, can meet the working requirements in the cooling tower and can be popularized and applied in the conditions.
