目的:探讨金边瑞香正丁醇提取物的抗肿瘤作用及其机制。方法:采用萃取法对金边瑞香浸膏进行提取,利用小鼠皮下移植性肿瘤模型观察不同浓度金边瑞香正丁醇提取物的体内抗肿瘤作用;采用MTT比色法测定NK细胞活性;ELISA法测定小鼠脾细胞分泌IL-2的量。结果:1.金边瑞香正丁醇提取物对荷S180小鼠的肿瘤生长有抑制作用,10,20,40g·kg-1·d-1剂量组抑瘤率分别达到34.90%,47.16%,29.72%。2.金边瑞香正丁醇提取物各剂量组的小鼠脾细胞分泌的IL-2均有提高,其中20g·Kg-1·d-1剂量组IL-2为(5.26±0.61)pg·mL-1显著高于生理盐水组并明显增强NK细胞活性。结论:金边瑞香正丁醇提取物在体内具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,且可促进脾细胞分泌IL-2和增强NK细胞活性。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of n-butanol extract of Ruixin Phyllostachys. Methods: The extract of Jinbian Ruixiang extract was extracted by using extraction method. The anti-tumor effect of n-Butyl alcohol extract of Ruppia dipsaci in different concentrations was observed by subcutaneous transplantation in mice model. The activity of NK cells was assayed by MTT colorimetric assay. The amount of IL-2 secreted by mouse splenocytes. The results showed as follows: 1. The n-butanol extract of Ruixiang Phyllostachys had an inhibitory effect on the tumor growth in S180 mice, and the tumor inhibition rates were 34.90%, 47.16% and 29.72 in 10,20,40 g · kg-1 · d-1 dose groups respectively %. The IL-2 secreted by spleen cells in each dose group of Ruixin, butanol extract of 20g · Kg-1 · d-1 was (5.26 ± 0.61) pg · mL -1 was significantly higher than the saline group and significantly enhanced NK cell activity. CONCLUSION: n-Butyl alcohol extract of Ruixiang Phyllanthus has significant anti-tumor activity in vivo and can promote the secretion of IL-2 by splenocytes and enhance the activity of NK cells.
