考察醋甘遂不同极性部位对癌性腹水模型大鼠泻水逐饮的功效。以癌性腹水模型大鼠为研究对象,呋塞米为阳性药,分组连续7 d灌胃醋甘遂各极性部位,考察其对癌性腹水模型大鼠尿量、腹水量、尿钠钾氯离子水平、尿液p H、肾素-血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。结果显示,与模型组比较,醋甘遂乙酸乙酯部位可显著增加癌性腹水模型大鼠尿量(P<0.05),减少腹水生成,降低尿中钠钾氯离子水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)、尿液p H(P<0.05)及血清肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮含量(P<0.01)。其中石油醚部位和正丁醇部位作用程度不及乙酸乙酯部位,水部位对模型大鼠各环节的作用较弱。结果表明,醋甘遂乙酸乙酯部位对癌性腹水模型大鼠有显著的利水作用,可缓解水液电解质紊乱和体液酸碱失衡,调节肾素-血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮系统,为醋甘遂泻水逐饮的功效部位。
To investigate the different polar parts of vinegar Kansui on cancerous ascites model rats Xieshuiyin efficacy. The results showed that compared with the model group, ethyl acetate of Kansui vinegar could significantly increase urine output (P <0.05), decrease ascites formation and decrease the level of sodium, potassium and chloride in urine (P <0.05, P 0.01), urine p H (P <0.05), serum renin, angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone (P <0.01). Among them, petroleum ether fraction and n-butanol fraction had less effect than ethyl acetate fraction, while water fraction had weaker effect on all aspects of model rats. The results showed that the vinegar vinegar ethyl acetate fraction of cancerous ascites model rats have significant diuretic effect, can ease the water and electrolyte imbalance and body fluid acid-base imbalance, regulate the renin - angiotensin II-aldosterone system for the vinegar Gan Sui then water by the efficacy of drink parts.
