目的:评价远志种质资源及炮制品质量。方法:以20个不同产地野生、5个主产区栽培一至三年生和不同商品等级及部位的远志药材为研究对象,甲醇超声提取,10%盐酸水解,高效液相色谱法测定其中远志皂苷元含量并进行t检验。结果:不同产地野生远志皂苷元含量沿陕西、山西、河北、东北渐次降低;5个主产区三年生栽培远志含皂苷元0.44%~0.49%;远志根部皂苷元含量0.44%~0.65%,芦头0.03%~0.09%;远志、制远志和蜜远志依次为0.49%,0.35%,0.24%。结论:野生远志皂苷元含量与生态环境具有一定相关性,三年生栽培品皂苷元含量比较一致,部位含量差别较大,经炮炙后含量降低。远志皂苷元可以作为质量控制指标,但应规定含量上下限。该研究为远志药材及其饮片的质量控制和评价提供依据。
Objective: To evaluate the germplasm resources of Polygala and its quality of processed products. Methods: Polygala tenuifolia was cultivated in the wild and five main producing areas from January to December in different producing areas and different grades and parts of the product. CONCLUSION: The content of sapogenin in wild Vicia faba has a certain correlation with the ecological environment. The content of sapogenin in the three-year-old cultivars is relatively consistent. The content of sapogenin in the three-year-old cultivars is quite different. Polygala root sapogenin can be used as a quality control indicator, but the upper and lower limits should be specified. The study provides the basis for the quality control and evaluation of Polygalaceae medicinal herbs and its decoction pieces.
