聚丙烯是一种综合性能优良的通用热塑性塑料。但也存在一些不足,最大缺点是耐寒性差,低温易脆断;其次是收缩率大,制品尺寸稳定性差,容易产生翘曲变形;与传统工程塑料相比,聚丙烯还存在涂饰和粘合第二次加工性差等缺点。为了改进聚丙烯的性能,扩大应用范围,须对聚丙烯进行改性。其中,共混改性是最重要的一种改性方法。但在共混中,首先要讨论的是相容性问题。本文主要介绍如何提高常见的PP共混物体系的相容性。
