研究了低温养护对硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥-石膏三元体系凝结时间、抗压强度、干燥收缩等宏观性能的影响,并采用X射线衍射仪分析了不同温度下的水化产物。结果表明,低温及石膏掺量均影响着水化产物钙矾石及单硫型水化硫铝酸钙的生成,从而对宏观性能产生影响。石膏掺量较低时,低温对凝结时间影响不大;石膏掺量较高时,低温大幅延缓了凝结。低温养护延缓三元体系的早期水化,明显降低早期强度及干燥收缩,但对后期强度影响不大。
The effects of curing at low temperature on the macroscopic properties of the thulium aluminate cement-Portland cement-gypsum ternary system, such as setting time, compressive strength and drying shrinkage, were studied. The hydration products at different temperatures were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer . The results showed that the low temperature and the amount of gypsum all affect the formation of ettringite and monosulfide hydrated calcium sulfoaluminate hydrate, which will affect the macro performance. When the content of gypsum is low, the low temperature has little effect on the setting time; when the content of gypsum is higher, the low temperature greatly delays the setting. Low temperature curing delay early hydration of ternary system, significantly reduce the early strength and dry shrinkage, but little effect on the late strength.
