甲基异丁基酮(Methylisobutylke-tone)又称异己酮,缩写为(MIBK),分子式CH_3COCH_2CH(CH_3)_2,分子量100.16,为无色液体,在室温下可挥发。工业中用作某些稀有金属元素及合成纤维的溶剂。爆炸极限:下限1.4%,上限7.5%。在生产环境中发生甲基异丁基酮中毒,主要由于吸入甲基异丁基酮蒸汽所致。在机体内部分经肺及肾脏排泄。急性中毒者常侵犯神经系统及消化、呼吸系统。急性中毒病例到目前为止国内外很少报道。
Methylisobutylke-tone, also known as hexyl ketone, abbreviated as (MIBK), molecular formula CH_3COCH_2CH (CH_3) _2, has a molecular weight of 100.16 as a colorless liquid which is volatile at room temperature. Industrial use as a solvent for some rare metal elements and synthetic fibers. Explosive limit: 1.4% lower limit, 7.5% upper limit. Methyl isobutyl ketone poisoning occurs in the production environment, mainly due to inhalation of methyl isobutyl ketone vapor. Part of the body by the lungs and kidneys excretion. Acute poisoning often violates the nervous system and digestion, respiratory system. Acute poisoning cases so far rarely reported at home and abroad.
