鲜葡萄VS葡萄干鲜葡萄可以说是秋天的水果之王,它水分充足,含有丰富的葡萄糖、维生素,还有抗氧化的作用,是很多人的心头之好。不过,新鲜的葡萄存放时间不长,不赶快吃掉很容易变质。而葡萄干便于保存,携带方便,一年四季都可以品尝。还有不少人认为葡萄干糖分含量、营养价值比鲜葡萄更高。其实鲜葡萄和葡萄干的营养差别不大。鲜葡萄晒成葡萄干,主要是水分流失,糖分、维生素、矿物质不会变多。营养师们认为,新鲜葡萄营养成分更齐全,含活性物质多;而葡萄经过晒干后,葡萄糖含量更高,但部分活性物质会有所流失。
